Rose Ella Village is an independent living retirement community offering the vitality wellness program. This dynamic program facilitates the following:

• Diabetes awareness
• Low impact exercise

• Nutrition counseling
• Financial advising
• Private duty nursing.
- What does the monthly fee include?

The monthly fee covers virtually everything – rent, up to 3 meals a day, utilities, weekly housekeeping, emergency call system, linen service, basic cable, high speed internet access, total maintenance of your home and grounds.
Additionally residents have access to a free washers and dryers, fitness room, business center, private dining room and audio/visual library.
- What other services are available?

Additional services available at Rose Ella Village for a nominal charge include personal laundry service, barber/beautician, massage therapist, guest meals and shuttle transportation. If you have a question about a specific service that you require, please feel free to e-mail us.
- What is included in the weekly housekeeping?

The weekly housekeeping service consists of general cleaning throughout your suite.
- Do you offer meals that meet special dietary needs?

Yes. If a resident has special dietary restrictions the kitchen staff will work with you to meet those needs.

The suites at Rose Ella Village were designed in neutral color schemes; however residents may paint and decorate their suites to fit their personal preferences. Prior approval must be obtained from management and certain conditions may apply.

Rose Ella Village will provide weekly linen service. This includes bath towels, hand towels and washcloths as well as sheets and pillowcases.

Yes, there is a utility closet available adjacent to each suite.
- Do I need to have renters insurance?

It is recommended that you purchase renters insurance to cover your personal possessions.
- What type of transportation is available?

Public shuttle transportation provided by Mid Cumberland Shuttle Service is available at Rose Ella Village. Please contact us for additional information regarding this service.
- Are pets allowed?

Pets of a certain size are allowed. There is a nominal monthly fee associated with this and written permission from management is required. Additionally, a separate pet agreement must be executed. Please call or e-mail for more information.
