Rose Ella Village opened its doors in 2006 and has been welcoming residents ever since. We love meeting new people and learning their unique stories. It is our goal to create an uplifting and warm atmosphere for our residents. We hope you will call Rose Ella Apartments home.

Rose Ella Village is a family-owned and operated business rooted in Stewart County, Tennessee. Brothers Wayne and Mark Anglin, lifelong residents of Dover, raised their families here and devoted their lives to serving the community through both business and church.

Today, Wayne enjoys retirement, and while Mark passed away in 2019, his legacy lives on. The Anglin families continue to operate Rose Ella Village with the same commitment, care, and community spirit that have guided it from the beginning.
